I. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

BEGINNING OF REVOCATION INSTRUCTIONS

1.1 The customer is entitled to revoke his contractual declaration or an already concluded contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

1.2 The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

1.3 If the customer has purchased the goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last goods.

1.4 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). The revocation must be sent to the Butka Fur Shop:

6.5 To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

II. consequences of the revocation

2.1 If the customer withdraws from the contract or from a contract that has already been concluded, Butka Fur shall reimburse the customer for all payments Butka Fur has received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Butka Fur), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the customer received notification of the withdrawal from this contract.

2.2 For this repayment, Butka Fur must use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer. Butka Fur is not entitled to charge the customer any fees for this repayment. However, Butka Fur is entitled to refuse repayment until it has received the goods back or the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

2.3 The customer must return the goods to the sender (place of dispatch) or to Butka Fur, Gumpendorfer Straße 141, 1060 Vienna, Austria immediately and in any case within a period of seven days at the latest from the day on which he informed Butka Fur of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the seven-day period has expired.

2.4 The customer shall be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

2.5 The customer has no right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• In the contract for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to their personal needs.
• In the case of a contract for goods that are delivered sealed and are unsuitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery.
• In the case of a contract for goods that are equipped with a security on delivery and this has been removed after delivery.

2.6 Returned items can only be accepted if they are new and unworn and any labels and the safety seal are still attached to the items. Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

• If it is a personalized article or an article that has been changed personally for the customer.
• If the item was not purchased at www.butka-fur.at.
• If the safety seal and / or the original labels have been removed and the item cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health.
• If the item has been worn or shows signs of use.
